Overview


HN Power is a suite of products that enable club owners and operators to manage their nutrition club businesses.

Currently, more than 50% of club owners/operators also sell products outside of clubs. In order to document orders, non-club owners must use a separate tool. We decided to expand the HN Power application to accommodate for all types of users who perform transactions inside and outside of the club.

Objective


With the additional capability, I was tasked to leverage usability findings, data analytics, feedback received in various communication channels along with our own data to create an entirely new experience that could be validated with testable prototypes.

  • Ensure ADA-compliant components replace legacy designs
  • Establish content hierarchy to prioritize actions and create visibility of new capabilities
